Guidance for a Valid Prescription:
Prescription should include following;

- Your physician/doctor details and official letterhead or prescription slip
- Patient’s details, like Name, date of birth and date of consultation.
- Prescription issue date, The date on which the prescription was written.
- Medicines name, its strength, dosage and duration.
- Doctor signature and official stamp.
For our customer’s convenience, we have provided four modes for submitting prescriptions:
- Upload the prescription during checkout on our website.
- You may Email the prescription to us.
- You may upload the prescription via WhatsApp.
- Fill out the prescription form below and attach the prescription.
